Semi-final between Afghanistan and England:

Semi-final between Afghanistan and England:

This is the second time that Afghanistan's Under-9 cricket team has reached the semi-finals of the World Cup.  The last time we lost was in Australia, and this time our youngsters are facing England.

England won an easy game against South Africa in the quarter-finals.  England have conceded up to five goals in two games and won by a wide margin.  England's top bowlers George, Jacob and his captain Prest are good players.  Priest, however, has hit hundreds and also plays F-break balls.  The middle-order and big-middle-order batsmen have not shone as brightly as the top-order.  It also has two or three left-handed batsmen, including an opener.  Has two F-Burgers and two / three leg break ballers.  Slower bowlers are better than fast bowlers.  His fielding is also good and he is considered a contender to win the World Cup.

However, they should keep in mind that the final in the region is against Afghanistan, an Afghanistan that has lost just one of its four World Cup matches.  Afghanistan's bowling has been highly praised and the slow bowlers have played a major role in its success.  The fast bowling duo of Sami Bilal and Naveed Zadran can lay a good foundation for slow bowlers.

Afghanistan's top bowlers have often not performed well, with captain Suleiman Safi scoring a century and two or three other bowlers scoring fifty or more, hoping to play better in the regional finals.  Afghanistan's fielding in the match against Sri Lanka was excellent.  In general, Afghanistan is a team that can play well against any other team in the world and win.  One of the biggest problems for bowlers is that one or two runs are not easy and they miss a lot of balls.  Some bowlers lose control of the ball at critical times and give extra runs to the opposing team.  They had plenty of time after that game to relax and think about their problems, I'm sure Rozenko would have done a lot with them.

However, England will know that they are facing a strong competition and nothing but victory in the minds and hearts of the Afghan players.

 Wishing Afghanistan success!
