 Bitter tea: Most pregnant women have a habit of drinking tea. It is important to change this habit during pregnancy, especially not to drink strong tea as it contains more than 2% of tea.  Caffeine contains up to 5% of caffeine, which stimulates fetal motility beyond normal, even detrimental to normal fetal growth.  In addition, drinking too much tea will have bad consequences

 Fast food (food that does not need to be cooked): Fast food is very tasty and is preferred by most pregnant women.  According to doctors, this type of food is not good for pregnant women because it is low in fat.  If a pregnant woman eats this type of food every day, it will cause a decrease in fatty acids in the body, but fatty acids are the brain of the fetus.
