Winter items donated to orphans in Khost
In Khost, with the financial support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), Wadan provided winter supplies to 6 homeless and orphaned children.
Amir Jan Haqqani, Director of Labor and Social Affairs, thanked UNICEF and Wadan for their support and called for continued humanitarian assistance and cooperation.
Prince Pir, director of economics, emphasized the need for better co-operation and co-ordination between government and non-government organizations.
Abdul Matin Khyber, head of Wadan Foundation, thanked the provincial administration for its cooperation and assured that it would pay attention to transparency in the distribution of aid and would continue to distribute the aid to deserving people in collaboration with the provincial administration.
Department of Economy, Khost Province
Today, Wednesday, in the office of Khost economy department, he met with the officials of (JFAO) organization in Khost.
The meeting was held with the provincial officials of the organization. They shared information and problems about their activities.
